Our Vision

We seek to follow Jesus together by sharing life and “the good news of the grace of God” (Acts 20:24) with everyone God places in our lives
by...
-Loving God and Loving others (Mt. 22:37-40)
-Making disciples of Jesus who make disciples (Mt. 28:18-20)
-Gathering in churches that reproduce churches (Mt. 16:18)
-Raising up laborers to share Jesus with everyone until everyone's heard the Good News of our King Jesus! (Mt. 24:14)!

Endstate of our Mission: personally invite everyone God puts in our lives into the Kingdom of God, give them Jesus' vision to multiply disciples, and equip them to become obedient (mature) Children of God, in the love of God, with a vision to reach all nations through spiritual generations fully empowered by The Holy Spirit.

How We Live

Principles of Harvesting: we seek to disciple in the harvest, following Jesus' example

Mt. 9:35-10:13

Abide:we enjoy God’s oneness with us and His delight in us, desiring to experientially know Him, and minister to others from our saucer (from the overflow of our cup, not the contents of the cup itself)

Jn 15:4, 17:20-26

Love:we accept God’s love for us, live out of that love, and love others unconditionally, and we lovingly hold one-another accountable to what God has told them to believe and do

1 Jn 4:19, Jn 13:35

Ask: we ask God to lead us as we follow Him, send out laborers, help us find the worthy men and women, and strengthen us with boldness and signs and wonders

Jn 12:26, Matt. 9:38, 10:11-13, Acts 4:29-31

Listen: we are dependent on The Scriptures and The Holy Spirit, not a middle man

Lk 9:35, Acts 13:2

Priesthood of believer:we believe in the blessing, authority and responsibility of every believer in Christ to baptize, heal the sick, cast out demons and minister from the gifts of The Holy Spirit just as Jesus did.

Matt 10:7-8, 28:19, Mk 16:15-18, 1 Pet 2:9, 1 Cor. 12-14

Go: we don’t usually ask outsiders to come, we go lovingly to them in order to introduce Jesus

Matt 10:7, 28:19

Proclaim: we share the Good News of the Kingdom of God with everyone we can

Matt 10:7, Acts 28:31

Oikos: we invite everyone in our relational network into the KOG

Acts 10:24, 16:31, 18:8

Make disciples: we follow Jesus and teach others to follow Jesus (learn from, love and live through Jesus) and encourage them to act like the church, gather regularly, and seek to multiply

Matt 28:19, 1 Thes. 1:5-8

Baptize:when anyone makes Jesus their King and receives His forgiveness we baptize them immediately

Matt 28:18

Teach to obey: we like to use the 3/3rds process when we gather as a church (look back, look up, look ahead) to help disciples of Jesus to love and obey Him

Matt 28:20, 2 Tim. 2:2

Equip one-another:we practice together obeying Jesus’ commands so that we become who we are in Jesus

Eph 4:11-15, 1 Tim 4:7b-8

Multiply Churches:we generally do not invite others to the church gathering we attend, only the church gathering we facilitate, and we encourage those in the church we facilitate to do the same

Acts 6:7, 9:31

Unity and giving:  we are unified through Jesus and we share everything we have

Acts 4:32-35, 1 Cor. 3:3-4, Jn 17:23

Methods we use: Biblical, Simple, and Dependent on God
